What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number, company name, and the details you provide about your business, budget, revenue range and project requirements.

We also automatically record your IP address and browser user-agent string at the moment of submission. These are used solely to rate-limit the form and investigate abuse.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
• To prevent automated spam and abuse of the contact form.
• To maintain a record of business enquiries we have received.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database with row-level security enabled, and a copy is delivered by email to enquiries@carpathian.io via Resend, our transactional email provider.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to manage the business relationship. IP addresses and user-agent strings are purged after 90 days, as they are only useful for a short abuse-detection window.

Third parties

• Vercel — hosts this website and processes standard web server logs.
• Supabase — stores enquiry submissions.
• Resend — delivers enquiry notification emails.
• Google reCAPTCHA — protects the form from automated submissions. Google's privacy policy applies to that processing.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies necessary for its bot-detection function when you interact with the enquiry form.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email enquiries@carpathian.io and we will action the request.
